Master Green Technician Outline
GCI Certified is a worldwide organization certifying healthier indoor environments while providing professional development education to frontline workers of in-house facility maintenance operations.
Frontline staff members fight a daily battle against the unseen enemy. This course contains a 'must have' knowledge base for becoming certified Technicians, information that has been verified and accredited as professional knowledge by the International Sanitary and Supply Association.
Knowledge changes the way we speak. When we speak with authority and articulate our value, we gain the respect of those around us. As a result of both knowledge and ability to communicate our value position, we show a pride we have never before displayed.
This translates to reduced staff turnover and improved results. When frontline staff understand why, then the training of implementation will produce inproved results.
We welcome you to this professional development series for frontline Technicians and thank you for your time and professionalism in your endeavors.
