Americans spend 90% of their time indoors, and according to the EPA, the Indoor Air Quality can be 2-5 time worse than ourside air.  We are concerned that the janitorial service has a major impact on the health of students and employees.  Therefore, we offer a Green Survey program that will allow buildings to be Green Clean Institute Certified based on three major criteria:

1- The placement of Green Products for building cleaning

2- The training the workforce for Green Practices

3- The implementation of our Green Management program

Unlike the LEEDs program, any concerned company can earn their Green Clean Institute Certified status by a commitment to Green Cleaning.  We see this as a first step to greater Greening projects.

You may obtain information for a Green Survey by a simple download.  The Green Survey is straightfoward.  We want to verify that the cleaning is done with Green product (regardless of brand) and with a Green certified services, which any service may obtain.  When we see the combination of Green products and Green practices that can be easily demonstrated.  We will authorize a building as Green Clean Institute Certified for cleaning.

This certification comes with a letter of commendation, a beautiful plastic window seal, and a plaque for the commitment to operate a building using under the Green Clean Initiative.  You may download the Green Survey here.
