GCI Green Buildings

There is a path to Green Building certification through the Green Clean Institute, and it need not be expensive or difficult.  Earning your GCI Green Building certification is a three-step project that provides a year-long transition via a Green Management program.  This not a LEEDs program, but a practical and effective way to "Go Green.".

Green TeamWe define a Green Program as:

1- A Green Management by the decision-makers of the Company

2- Introduction of bona fide Green Products

3- Installing Green Practices by training the workforce

Green buildings evolve through deliberate changes in operation.  We know how to take your facility to higher levels of compliance without the immense cost and hassle of other programs.  Through Green Management, we will train and certify your building as a GCI Green Building.

It starts with a Green Survey that allows us to establish a baseline that is improved over a year's time using affordable and simple steps that any company can make in their operation.  You will appoint an Environmental Officer who will be trained (online) and guided by our monthly Green Building Management Guide.  Earning your GCI Green Building certification is not difficult, and it is a great way to show that you are a Green corporation.

Green Buidling Certification  The GCI Green Building program is not a LEED program, but it is a great intermediary step that allows you to progressively improve the Green stauts of your facility.  Existing buildings are the best candidates for the GCI Green Building program because we mentor each facility through monthly steps to create a Green and Sustainable program of operation.  You get a full year of Green Clean Institute consultation, our Green Building Management program, and even access to our Green Awareness training for your internal staff.

In about 3-4 months most building will be able to earn their GCI Green Building certification which allow them to officially display the Green Clean Institute Certified Green Building logo on their entry door.  They get a Green Clean Institute Certified plaque for their lobby, and an official letter of certification showing the federal trademakr for our program.  This is certainly enough to impress your commounity and peers that your company is taking steps in the right direction.
